Shipping Policy

-Please make sure the billing address and shipping address are the same, as we do not ship to "P.O. BOXES".

-Please make sure you're entering the same billing address that's associated with your bank card, as the card will not process the payment if you do not enter the correct address.

-If you see a pending transaction on your card after being declined the payment will not be completed, it only show you attempted to make the transaction. 


How long is processing, shipping, and handling?
Processing for all orders take 2-3 Business days before shipping out. Processing occurs Monday-Friday. (If you ordered on Friday, the weekend  or on a holiday your order will be processed on the next business day  or Monday.)
 

Ready To Ship Shipping & Processing

Please allow up to 3 business days for all ready to ship orders to process. USPS Priority Mail (2-3 Business Day Shipping)    

Pre-order Shipping & Processing

Please allow up to 7 business days for all pre-orders to process. Please keep in mind, ​you will not receive any updates on your order while it's being processed. After processing, you will receive tracking information for your order(s) via email.

Shipping ranges from 2-7 business days depending on your shipping choice. 


Domestic Regular Flat Rate Shipping is 5-7 Business days depending on your location.
International Shipping is 7-14 Business days depending on your location.

 

  • After an order is in the hands of USPS, we are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packaging. Please contact your local post office if you do encounter any problems.

  

  • Please make sure your address is correct at check out, as we are not responsible for making sure this is correct. We are not responsible if your package is shipped to the wrong address. If package is return, you are responsible for paying the shipping fee again.
